Overview

A slow, gentle and mindful walk lasting around 60-90 mins, incorporating elements of the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku or ‘Forest Bathing’… The simple method of being calm and quiet amongst trees, observing nature around you whilst breathing deeply, can help de-stress, lower anxiety, blood pressure and boost health and wellbeing in a natural way.  On this guided walk, we’ll offer a series of invitations and calming mindful practices to help us become more aware of, and connect with, the nature around us. Bookable only as spaces are limited. Contact Rachel on 07789 914096 to book, or for more information.
