This short and very steady walk is designed to improve confidence in walking for people who have experienced a stroke. Paths are flat and there is lots to see in this small but very attractive park.
Places on this walk are bookable via the Stroke Association Sheffield, and participants are expected to bring someone with them to walk with and, very importantly, to socialise with after the walk. This venue has been chosen because both the park and the cafe are very accessible.
Weston Park, Western Bank, Sheffield. Main entrance is opposite the Sheffield Children's hospital.
