Overview

A figure of 8 walk (8 miles am and 3.5 miles pm). In the morning over to Abbots Wood via Arlington village then passing Upper Dicker to return to start point for lunch. The afternoon walk will be past Mays Farm and near Selmeston, returning via Berwick station. Fairly flat with some stiles. Mud possible.
