Overview

This is a variation of the short walk on Saturday before the Guildford Ramblers Winter Lunch but starting at the Albury Sports Ground carpark so ideal for the long Saturday walkers and those not attending the lunch.  We initially  walk north to the outskirts of Albury village and then up Blackheath Lane before turning onto more footpaths to the railway crossing (heavy mud in the gateways!) and then up to Blackheath Forest, southeast to Farley Green and then north via Brook to Albury Park (steep descent) before returning to the village and then up to the sports ground.
