Overview

Do join us on this lovely walk taking in the edges and estate around Chatsworth House.

This moderate walk starts at the NT car park next to the Robin Hood Inn. We will be following Dobb Edge and visiting the Hunting Tower at Chatsworth. The River Derwent leads us gently to Chatsworth and  Baslow before we ascend gently to follow moorland edges to reach the Wellington Monument followed by the Nelson Monument with its three ships.

After the walk, a few steps across the car park will take us to the Robin Hood Inn where we can enjoy a post walk drink.

There are no toilets at the start of the walk but there are some at Chatsworth where we will be at the halfway point.
