Overview

Maldon and Dengie Ramblers' occasional Wednesday walks are normally between ten and twelve miles long and are circular walks. There is a lunch stop, normally at a pub or café, half way through the walk.

Park and meet at the Chequers pub, The Street, Great Tey CO6 1JS

for a 10.00 a.m. start. Adjacent to the Church. The Pub will be open to pre-order lunch and use of the facilities. 

Morning a circular walk to Chalkney Woods( 6 miles).

Afternoon circular walk using the Essex Way(4 miles).
