We are the Mid Wiltshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

We begin by walking through Barbary Castle, and then picking up and following the Ridgeway for a little way. This will provide us with good views across the Wiltshire countryside. We take a steep path down and head towards Broad Hinton. We cross the A361 and follow quiet country lanes through this village before re- crossing the A361 and head for the village of Uffcott. From here we follow field paths and climb back up to Barbary Castle.
Poles or sticks could be useful.
Bring refreshments for 2 stops.
