Overview

From the car park we head over the fields to the village of Eastby, we then turn off and head uphill to reach Barden Moor. We then follow the track which takes us down to Lower Barden Reservoir. From here we have a gentle climb up to Upper Barden Reservoir where we will stop for a lunch break. After the break we make our way across the moor towards Embsay Crag before dropping down back into Eastby  and back to the car park.
