Overview

A lovely walk which offers stunning views from the top of Beacon Batch and along the top of  Black Down.  The walk Starts in Burrington Combe where we head towards Middle Ellick Farm before heading on up to Beacon Batch, and along the top before dropping back down to Bos Swallet, where we pick up on the limestone link back towards Ellick House and return to the start.  The Fields are muddy and some of the tracks are water logged in places.  There are two stream crossings as well so suitable walking boots and gaiters are strongly recommended for this walk.  There is one stile.
