Overview

Open moorland uphill hike, through some rocky and boggy areas to Hangingstone Hill and to see the White Horse Hill cist if you wish. We then return via a few tors, incl Cosdon Beacon, to the Taw Valley where there are some steep paths so bring poles! This is a pretty strenuous climbing walk so I'm starting at 9 to be sure to be back before dark. Please come with plenty of food, drink and waterproof gear as you will need it! Especially sturdy boots.
