We are the Eastwood Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Ben Donich (at top of Rest and Be Thankful). Although this is not a walk of many miles it is a steep climb. Lower part of the hill can be quite boggy. There is some rocky ground with a short scramble which is straight forward with care. On a clear day you can see Ben Lomond, Beinn Ime, Beinn Narnain and the cobbler. The summit of Ben Donich is 847 metres overlooking Lochgoilhead.

Local walk grade B+
Walking boots are essential. Walking poles and gaiters are recommended.
Please note there are no toilet facilities on the walk.

Anyone wishing to make their own way to the start of the walk can they please let the walk leader know the day before the walk.

Take the turning for Lochgoilhead at the top of the Rest and Be Thankful. Go past the main car park, short distance on there is a turning to the left which is the parking for the start of Ben Donich
