A circular walk from Betws Y Coed. Through beautiful scenery, river and lakeside and woodland.

Mostly on clear paths and tracks but some sections are wet and rough. Poles might be useful.

Along the river to the miners bridge; up Sarn Helen (Roman road) and then to Llyn Elsi before returning to Betws-y-Coed.

The main route to and from Llyn Elsi is currently closed on weekdays for forest work/felling. Fortunately there are alternatives.
