Overview

 

Start point will be Turners Arms/Conservative Club, Bollington, opposite the Bus Terminus (SK10 5RE). Start Time: 10.00am. Distance 5 miles with a total ascent of 910 feet

Route: Gradual ascent to ‘Back of the Crofts’ via. Oaken Bank Lane and then ascending to Blaze Hill via. Kiskhill Lane. Hopefully, there will be fine views. A gradual descent to Bower Clough and then along Gausie Brow before descending through Berristall Dale to Spuley Lane. Finally, along Oakenbank and Ingersley Vale to start point.   
Route is moderate with some steep sections and will be muddy in places. Walking pole(s) are advisable.
