Linear walk from Porth railway station to Ferndale.
Meet 10.15am at Cardiff Central railway station to catch 10:29 train to Porth.

Use Bus Concessionary bus pass for train fare discount on single ticket to Porth from Cardiff Central. If catching train en route suggest purchase return to Porth).
Or, catch Stagecoach Bus 132 09:43 from Greyfriars Road, Cardiff for Porth, and short walk to railway station. (catch bus on route: 3 Elm 09:56; Tongwynlais 10:10)
Start 11.10am from Porth railway station.
Return to Cardiff (or Porth for train back to en route station or if driven by car to start point) by Stagecoach Bus 132.
Walkers need to carry In Case of Emergency information – this might be on a card, key fob or on their smartphone.
