From Bargoed ascend to Gelligaer Common and Capel Gwladys and 'Kite' trail to Rock UK Summit Centre.  Follow the disused rail line to Taf Bargoed Country park - formerly the site of 3 mines  Continue to Penallta Park to Ystrad Mynach rail station.
