Overview

We start at Calton Lees car park, then take a circular route to Beeley village, alongside Beeley Brook climbing through Hell Bank plantation; along the edge of Rabbit Warren (moor), through woodland to The Hunting Tower, descend steep steps to Chatsworth House and Park, then crossing the Derwent via the three arch bridge and into Edensor.  Gentle climb to New Piece Wood and Calton Plantations then drop into Rowsley. Alongside the river Derwent to Calton Lees and the car park.

Toilets at start, Chatsworth House and Edensor (in café) and at the end.
