Our Route to Duddenhoe End takes us southwards past the scenic Chrishall Church and Chiswick Hall with views westwards to Great Chishill and southwards to High Wood.
Returning northwards we pass Mill House and go through the Lofts Hall estate to the outskirts of Elmdon from where a short westwards leg returns us to Chrishall
The route can be muddy in the winter. Although it has dried out significantly in the last few weeks walkers are advised to have appropriate footwear. There is one stile to cross.
Anyone using the car park at the Red Cow is requested to join us for a post walk refreshment at the pub. Local pubs like this one are a valuable resource for Ramblers walks and we need to keep the best of relations with them.
Park at the Red Cow car park or on the surrounding streets.
