A moderately paced winter walk, with little mud expected, from North Enfield towards Goffs Oak, then east to the New River. Return via the New River Path, the London Loop and Forty Hall.
Bring a picnic. There will be a brief pub stop at lunchtime.

Park in Strayfield Road, near to junction with Clay Hill/Theobalds Park Road, adjacent to North Enfield Cricket Club. Start point is accessible by public transport, bus route 456 to Flash Lane stop.
