We make our way through the forest along side the Clyne river, this is muddy in places so gaiters will be an advantage. There is a climb up to the common (sticks would be useful), when reaching the top you will find fab views over Swansea. We will walk along side the golf course, from here the rest of the walk is along the lane, not busy, then onto Gower Road back to the Railway Inn (those that want a short walk can park here). If there is not enough space in this car park, Clyne Valley Road is an option as this is where the second walk will start.
We will continue for a couple of hundred yards to Clyne Valley Road where the second part of the walk starts. This is along the forest track once again, we follow the river where we might see a Kingfisher and hear birdsong as we go.
From here we make our way to Clyne Gardens, return to The Railway Inn.
