Overview

Moderate pace walk. Near the station we walk into open space and rolling hills. With beautiful scenery, plenty of fresh air, and the feeling of wilderness. We walk over Farthing downs and Devildens Wood, before heading for the North Downs and the edge of Banstead Woods. Walking along the edge of the Woods we find our way back to Coulsdon South Railway station. 2 stiles enroute. Lunch:- Please bring picnic and drinks with you as, apart from a Starbucks (stop for toilets or takeaway drinks only), there is no provision to purchase food enroute. No opt out points until 8 miles approx. Please bring appropriate protection from the sun. Estimated finish 16:00hr. Start: 11:00hr
