Overview

Leisurely linear walk along the Thames with views of Hampton Court Palace, historic Taggs Island and Hurst Park and passing Garrick Villa and St Mary’s church. We walk by reservoirs serving London, and on to the home of Arthur Sullivan (Gilbert & Sullivan comic operas) with a picnic lunch in the gardens or café at the nearby Walton Arts Centre. After lunch, a visit to one of the best-preserved examples of a medieval manor house in the South-East. Estimated finish time 3.00pm
