Overview

Walk from Steps Bridge through Bridford Wood to Burnicombe, then Westcott and Mardon Down to Clifford Bridge, and back through Dunsford Wood (which hopefully will be full of daffodils at this time of year) back to Steps Bridge. A few ups and downs.

Mainly woodland, moorland and meadow paths and tracks and quiet minor roads.

Bring a drink for our mid-morning coffee stop and food for our lunch stop. Dogs welcome. Estimated finish time around 2.30pm.

Possibly coffee and cakes afterwards in Dunsford or Moretonhamptead?

Please book with leader by text message only.
