Overview

A circular walk through the Chater, Gwash and Welland valleys including part of the Rutland Water shoreline.
The morning section is long so there will be two refreshment stops.
There will be a lunchtime pub stop at the Exeter Arms in Uppingham.
The pace will be around 3mph
