Meet in the village of Ecton park near the public house Three Horseshoes. We will start here across rolling fields heading towards Earls Barton one uphill straight. We will walk on pavements thru Earls Bartons top road heading towards Sywell country park passing some very nice houses all on pavement, turning into Sywell park where there are toilets and a refreshment area we may stay here tops 15 minutes as it’s Christmas! Then onwards around the park lake approx 2.7 miles. On leaving the park a very short road walking passing a working farm butchers shop, going thru farm fields heading back towards Ecton, one very busy road to cross please take extra care crossing, ending at the Three Horseshes public house and maybe enjoying a Xmas drink🎄
