This outstanding, well worth walk begins at Hutton Cranswick Sport and Recreation Ground Car Park down Rotsea Lane. It is from here we join the Hutton Road .After approximately 150 yds, we enter a gate into Centenary Wood.At the far end of the wood we cross over a couple of small wooden footbridges and proceed into Cranswick. Turning left past White Horse Inn we reach Sheepman Lane.Going down Sheepman Lane, the lane gives way to an attractive green lane.Continuing along the lane a road junction is reached.Heading towards Common Farm,we go down a footpath, and after a short distance pass through a small gate.A broad track leads us to Scurf Dyke.It is here we cross over a railway line over an unguarded crossing. From here we take a path that leads to Southgate and onto Main Street ,Cranswick. Walking past the village green,we head to Hutton Road and re trace our steps back to the car park
