Meet in front of the East Cliff Pavillion on Wear Bay Road, Folkestone. (There is free on street parking in Varne Place, Varne Road, Hasborough Road and the southern end of Wear Bay Road - the Pavillion pay and display car park is £1.80 per hour)!
After the first 3 towers in the East Cliff area the walk descends to Folkestone Harbour before heading up to The Leas for no. 4. The next section continues west along the ridge above Sandgate and Seabrook for no’s. 5-9 before dropping to the seafront. The remainder of the walk follows the Coast Path east back to the start, with a lunch break after 6 miles in Sandgate (where there are several cafes, coffee shops and pubs, plus many benches for those who wish to bring their own refreshments).
