Overview

A varied walk wending our way along paths and tracks through woods, along fields and across heathland. We'll see some animal life and interesting cottages as well as the outline of the old Iron Age fort at Frankenbury. There are one or two streams to cross. A leisurely walk.

Bring refreshments for a civilised coffee stop at Sandy Balls where there are toilets.
