Overview

A circular walk from St Roche's Hill car park to Cocking via West Dean, Colworth Down, and Crypt Farm.  Following a lunch break at Cocking, the walk continues up Manorfarm Down and then onto The New Lipchis Way to Singleton and, finally, up past The Trundle back to the car park.

The walk is fairly hilly but can provide beautiful views of the South Downs.  Recent heavy rain is likely to have made paths slippery, so please bring walking poles if you use them on difficult terrain.
