Hi Everyone
Walk from Harefield to Rickmansworth along the Grand Union canal, then taking in parts of the Hillingdon trail and a circuit of Rickmansworth Aquadrome before heading back again.
There are few short uphill stretches which will be muddy and some generally muddy paths that will need to be navigated, so please bear this in mind and wear waterproof boots/shoes.
