Overview

This is the first section of the "North-South London Trail", which continues down to Carshalton in Surrey.

It's an easy, mostly flat walk, predominantly through green spaces in North London, with some excellent views en route.  It is 8 miles in total, but we pass near Arnos Grove tube after about 5 miles, and Wood Green/Alexandra Palace after about 6.5, so there are opportunities to drop out.
