Overview

Meet 10am at Headley Heath National Trust car park, Headley Common Road, KT18 6NN. ( NT members park free, remember to bring your card, otherwise £9 for the day so car sharing is recommended)

A 10 mile challenging route through open heathland where the gorse is at its peak, woodland,  with a possible vibrant display of bluebells and chalk down.  Expect some stunning views and the birds singing as well as undulations and steep ascents/descents. (enough to work off the Easter chocolate!)

After a DIY coffee stop in Headley Heath we make our way to the summit of Box Hill where we will stop for lunch.  Bring a picnic or an NT cafe is available, which is likely to be busy.  Toilets are also available.  We then make our way to the iconic view point and along part of the North Downs Way and back into the Heath to the car park.
