Meet in Portland Road car park (height restriction), usually free at this time of year - by The Green, Hythe behind the former Duke’s Head pub. Alternatively, park free nearby along A259 Dymchurch Road/ Military Road on either side of the Military Canal.
Our walk will head up the Elham Valley Way to Sene Golf Course before passing through Paraker Wood to reach Horn Street and Sandy Lane. We’ll then descend to Seabrook, follow the Royal Military Canal and then the seafront at Hythe to return to the start.
Some hills but pace will be leisurely.
Well-behaved dogs welcome on lead.
Expected return time around 13.00.
