Blow those cobwebs away with our walk that will start by dropping down into the Meads towards Ware along the New River. At Ware we switch over to the River Lea / Navigation and will see the pretty collection of Gazebos that are unique to Ware.
We will then walk up to Ware Park with the views over Ware and Hertford and head towards The Church of Saint Leonard in Bengeo which dates from about 1120.
A quick loop around Hartham Common before following the Lea back, then along the meads, home.
There will be an opportunity to catch up afterwards for a drink in the Kings Mead pub.
