We meander from Kings Weston to Blaise Castle Estate, along Kings Weston Hill to the Folly and descend to Hazel Brook, with views of Goram's Chair, then continue along the river valley. Passing through Coombe Dingle we ascend and continue along a woodland path, passing a disused quarry, to return to Kings Weston House and cafe for refreshments.
Likely to be muddy in places. Some hills but nothing too demanding.
Bring your own coffee and snacks for rest break part-way.
Parking at Kings Weston House (free). Entrance off Kings Weston Lane.
Or free car park off Shirehampton Road, then short walk.
Buses 3 and 4 to Shirehampton Road (check with First Bus or Traveline).
