Overview

A reasonably flat walk on mainly good paths starting from Lady Mabels' Wood. We will go through the wood to the canal, have an early refreshment stop at Haigh Hall, then walk up the road to Haigh. Back following a long straight path to the upper plantation .

The car parking is road side .Meet by the entrance gate to the woods which is past  the bridge on the unused railway  on Hall Lane.
