Overview

In the morning, we go by Wat Stock and Hill Hoath to Chiddingstone Hoath.  About 6 miles and 500 feet/150m of ascent.  In the afternoon, it's back via Harden's vineyard and Penhurst, and then along the Medway to Leigh.  About 4.8 miles and 100 feet/30m of ascent.

This is an undemanding walk on familiar paths from The Green at Leigh to Chiddingstone Hoath.   Lunch will be at the Rock Inn at the Hoath or a picnic nearby.  The Rock needs a pre-order on the morning so be ready to make your lunch choice from what looks like an excellent menu.
