Overview

Take 1000 T2 bus service Stand 4 Aberystwyth to Bow Street railway station. From station ascend to Castell Gwallter via Llandre to Wallog. Thence on coast path S via Clarach to top of Consti where there is an optional stop for refreshments in the cafe. Descend into Aberystwyth.
