This is a straightforward walk along the Offa's Dyke path to reach Llanthony Priory for lunch. We then climb to Bal Bach from where we follow the ridge southwards to reach Gaer. An easy descent ensues followed by a gentle walk back to the cars. The walk should hopefully be enjoyed by regular hill walkers as well as A walkers who would like to try out a hill walk for the first time.
