A dryish Downland Walk although not far in miles is a test for legs and lungs due to the climb and descent involved. Starting from the car park at Wilmington Priory the walk takes us up past the foot of the Long Man and then along to Lullington church before heading up onto the top of the Downs and then a steep descent beside the long man and back to the car park.
Bring a flask or a drink for a coffee stop at Lullington Church, plenty of benches available. A further stop at Winchesters Pond for more drink / snacks before the roll back down the hill.
