A round of the Magnificent 11, two years on from its successful launch event on Cathkin Braes.
Whether you have done it once, many times or still haven't quite got round to doing the whole thing, this is a great opportunity to step out with Glasgow Ramblers and enjoy the many things this varied and interesting walk has to offer. Expect 11 miles with steep climbs, cracking views, woodland and waterfalls, rolling hills and urban streets and the best of the south side's parks. Hard to believe all of this is right on our doorstep.
Oh, and there may be some very muddy parts too.

I'm not joking about the mud. It's fun but only if you're wearing walking boots. Maybe bring poles too.
Please meet at Glasgow Central at 8.50am having bought a return ticket to Muirend. We will catch the 9.07am train, arriving Muirend at 9.22am. The start of the walk is around 10minutes walk from Muirend station.
If you would like to meet us at the start of the walk, please be at the gates of Linn Park on Netherlee Road at 9.30am.
