Overview

Enjoy the freedom to roam over the 850 acres of commons and greens, once part of the Saxon Royal Manor of Cookham and now in the safe keeping of the National Trust.  Highwaymen are rare today in the Thicket but there is wildlife a-plenty in its leafy glades.

This will be a lovely walk through fields and woodland with no steep hills and no stiles.
