Matlock - Bonsall - Bonsall Dale - Leys - Odlo - Winster - Uppertown - Cowley Knoll - Oker (trig point) -Matlock

Following stretches of the Limestone Way this is a varied walk through fields and woods and is liable to be muddy in parts. Gaiters definitely recommended.
