We are the Romsey Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This walk features distant views over wooded downland and valleys. The paths are mostly good with one gently rising section and another that could be a little muddy. The going is pretty easy and at just under 9 miles in length, and with only four styles, this walk might be ideal for anyone wanting to walk a little further than normal. There is plenty of parking by the playing fields in Roe Downs Road, with additional spaces a little further along on the left in the Medstead Village Hall. Bring a packed lunch and good walking footwear is recommended. Please advise the walk leader if you wish to come on this walk.
