Starting at the Melton Picnic Area car park we proceed to to and cross Wilford Bridge towards Bromeswell along Common lane. At Summer Lane we turn off towards Ufford Bridge walking through countryside, woodlands and field. From the bridge we walk up the lane, around the church taking the lane towards Ufford Park golf course. Leaving the golf course cross the road at Decoy Farm and continue along tracks, crossing the railway and return to the carpark for mince pies.
The car park is about 100M on the right after crossing the level crossing coming from Ipswich direction. The post code is the Wilford Bridge Pub which is about 200M past the car park.
