We are the High Weald Walkers Group. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
The walk is of mainly flat countryside through fields and woodland with part through Piltdown Golf Course. We cross the busy A272 twice during the walk and there are several styles. Last time of walking, there were areas that were quite muddy and as we near the end of the walk there is an area of substantial mud around the field exit due to presence of horses and cows.

This walk will commence from Fletching car park. Recognising the travelling distance from Crowborough (10 miles) the start is 9.45 from the car park. There should be enough space. Parking is also possible in the high street. There is one local pub which is reputed to do good food, The Griffin Pub Tel 01825 722890.
