Overview

The route takes us along the Nene Way to Harpole, then over Glassthorpe Hill to Flore, returning via Heyford, Kislingbury and Upton Mill.
There will be a lunchtime pub stop in Heyford where it is ok to eat our own food if buying a drink.
The pace will be a brisk 3mph.
