Overview

Led by Donna we will visit a prehistoric stone circle, Goodaver Stone Circle, Bolventor, that has long been hard to reach and is just opening to the public, thank to its new owners.  Within a couple of miles of Jamaica Inn, it was discovered and restored in 1906 by the Vicar of Altarnun.

There are some very long climbs and descending tracks with one minor road. This is a stand and stare walk. Finish with a bottle of fizz provided by the leader, plus refreshments at Jamaica Inn.

Just turn up, no booking needed.
