Overview

A hike to blow away the cobweb's of New Year's Eve.

We set off from West Meon Village Hall car park at 10am on a heading for the hamlet of Kilmeston and on to Hinton Ampner. We will be hiking mostly on footpaths and short stretches of minor roads.

Conditions underfoot may be a muddy so appropriate footwear is essential.

We will be walking at a reasonable pace and dogs under control are welcome.

We will have a short coffee and lunch stop so don't forget to bring those Turkey sandwiches. For those interested in a festive drink after our hike, the Thomas Lord is a short walk from the village hall car park.

All welcome.
