Overview

A strenuous 13.5 mile coastal walk from Seaford to Eastbourne. Well worth the effort for the superb views along the way.

We will start at Seaford and begin with a steep climb up Seaford Head before following the cliffs to Cuckmere Haven. En route you will see the classic view of the Seven Sisters and the famous cottages. We will stop at the Seven Sisters Visitor Centre for a short refueling stop before we launch ourselves onto the 7 Sisters which lie between Cuckmere Haven and Birling Gap. You will be rewarded by lunch at Birling Gap. It's then only 5.5 miles back to Eastbourne via Beachy Head

Please bring your own picnic food as cafes en route get very busy & queues will be long.
