A visit to the seaside to see the entrance to the Tees estuary at the North Gare and a walk along the beach and sand dunes to Seaton Carew.

The walk is through a National Nature Reserve with skylarks, meadow pipits and curlews.

The parking at North Gare is free and extensive but there are no facilities. The entrance is 1 mile south of Seaton Carew off the A178. The post code will be very inaccurate!
